When you book a private party with us, the entire space is yours — just for you and your guests (up to 40, max. 15 children with a 1:5 child/adult ratio). Bring in your favorite catering, arrive 15 minutes early to set up, and enjoy an extra 15 minutes after your event to wrap up. You’ll also have a dedicated staff member on hand to assist throughout your party. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! Please review our cancellation policy below for Open Play bookings and Party reservations. Open Play Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled time will receive the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 7 days of the original booking, subject to availability. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Party Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled party date may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit), or you may choose to reschedule once at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability. Rescheduled parties must be held within 60 days of the original date. No-shows for party bookings will result in full forfeiture of any payment.
