Playtime & Company Policies

To keep our space safe, fun, and welcoming for all, we ask that all visitors follow the policies below at all times:

1. General Facility Guidelines

All guests must check in upon arrival. Each child must have a completed waiver on file.
Adults must be accompanied by a child to stay. This is a family space, and all adult visitors must have a child in their care while on the premises.
No outside shoes allowed beyond designated areas. Socks are required in play areas for both children and adults.
When the café is open: No outside food or drink permitted in the play or café areas, with the exception of baby bottles or medically necessary items.
No food of any kind in the play area, adult beverages are permitted.
The café area is self-clean. Please help keep the space tidy by bussing your table after use.

2. Supervision & Safety

Children must be actively supervised by an adult at all times. This is not a drop-off facility unless participating in a registered drop-off program.
Parents must assist young children in the restroom. Our facility features sensitive plumbing, and adult supervision is required.
Play respectfully. No pushing, roughhousing, or inappropriate language. Let's keep it kind and inclusive.
Sick children (or adults) must stay home. If your child shows signs of illness (fever, vomiting, rash, etc.), please visit us another day.

3. Play Zones & Equipment

Play gently with props, toys, and equipment. Return items to their home when finished to help us maintain a magical space for all.
Some areas may be closed or rotated to allow for cleaning, maintenance, or new adventures. Thank you for understanding.

4. Parties & Events

Private events are for invited guests only. Open play guests are welcome during general hours but may not access party rooms or private events.
Event rentals include set time slots. Early access or extended time must be pre-arranged.

5. Photos & Privacy

We love capturing the joy of play! By entering, you acknowledge that photos may be taken for promotional use. Let staff know if you prefer not to be photographed.

6. Waivers & Memberships

A waiver is required for every child who enters the play area. Complete one online ahead of your visit to save time.
Memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared between households.

7. Respectful Behavior

Be kind to our staff and other guests. We’re building a community of connection and play—let’s support each other in doing so.
Violation of policies may result in being asked to leave. We reserve the right to enforce our policies for the safety and comfort of all guests.
