Playtime and Company began with a feeling — the kind that stays with you long after the trip ends. On a family journey to Ireland, we found ourselves immersed in a culture where connection wasn’t reserved for special occasions — it was woven into the everyday. Pubs, parks, and cafes became gathering places for families, friends, and strangers alike. If there wasn’t room, someone made space. If your child found another nearby, they played. And if music started, no one hesitated to dance, laugh, or join in.

It was simple, spontaneous joy. And it was for everyone.

We returned home with a vision: to bring that same spirit to our own community. A space where parents and children can enjoy time together — or apart — in a setting that’s relaxed, inviting, and full of life. A place where you can share a meal, celebrate a milestone, sip something warm (or chilled), or strike up a conversation that turns into a friendship.
