**Priority Space: Front of the building space is covered by a canopy. This space can be rented by up to only 2 vendors. Playtime & Company Market—a curated weekend pop-up experience bringing together local makers, small businesses, and our incredible community. Hosted right inside (and around) Playtime & Company, this market is designed to connect families with unique, local finds while their kids play, explore, and enjoy everything our space has to offer. It’s more than a market—it’s a place to gather, discover, and support the company we keep. 📋 Vendor Guidelines 🛍️ Booth Expectations Vendors must provide their own setup (table, linens, signage, etc.) Keep displays clean, organized, and visually appealing Signage and branding are encouraged ⏰ Setup + Hours Setup must be completed prior to opening hours Vendors are expected to remain set up for the duration of their scheduled time Early breakdowns are discouraged to maintain the experience 💵 Payments Vendors handle their own transactions Cash + digital payments (Venmo, Square, etc.) encouraged 🤝 Community Expectations Be welcoming, kind, and engaging with guests Support fellow vendors—we’re building something together Help create a positive, family-friendly environment

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! Please review our cancellation policy below for Open Play, Summer Camps, Pop-up Market bookings and Party reservations. Open Play, Littlest and Summer Camps Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled time will receive the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 7 days of the original booking, subject to availability. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Littlest Market bookings are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled within the same summer. Party and Pop-up Markets Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party or market date and time. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled party or market date may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit), or you may choose to reschedule once at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability. Rescheduled parties must be held within 60 days of the original date. No-shows for party bookings will result in full forfeiture of any payment.
