Service Description
An Open Party at Playtime and Company offers a fun and flexible way to celebrate without needing a full space rental. Your group enjoys reserved party seating for 10, bring in your own favorite catering, and plenty of playtime for up to 10 kids (1:5 child/adult ratio required), the cafe and play areas will remain open to the public during your event. Kids are welcome to play for the day with an adult, but the reserved area will need to be cleaned up after 2 hours. It’s a great option for smaller groups or families looking for a lively atmosphere, with all the perks of a party — and none of the planning stress. Looking for a more private experience? Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! Please review our cancellation policy below for Open Play bookings and Party reservations. Open Play Cancellation Policy Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance of your scheduled time will receive the option to reschedule at no extra cost. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 7 days of the original booking, subject to availability. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Party Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party date and time. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled party date may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit), or you may choose to reschedule once at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability. Rescheduled parties must be held within 60 days of the original date. No-shows for party bookings will result in full forfeiture of any payment.
