Service Description
At Playtime & Company, no two days are the same! Fall week features a new, exciting theme, with daily activities designed to spark creativity, movement, and imagination. From hands-on crafts and sensory play to games, music, and imaginative adventures, your child will experience something new every time they walk through the door. *Sign up for a Day Camp or the Fall Week! (10% discount!) *Goldfish and Capri Sun snack will be included *Become a member and receive 25% off all camps!! Children must be potty-trained for drop-off. Parents must stay for children who are not potty-trained. These parents can occupy our parent power hour space and will only be interrupted for toileting needs, if preferred. Designed for children ages 8 and under (see above for potty-trained rules), our camps create a welcoming space to explore, make friends, and be part of the company we keep. 🌟

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change! Please review our cancellation policy below for Open Play, Summer Camps, Pop-up Market bookings and Party reservations. Open Play, Littlest Market, Summer and Fall Camps Cancellation Policy Bookings are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days of the original booking, subject to availability. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund or reschedule. Littlest Market bookings are nonrefundable but can be rescheduled within the same summer. Party and Pop-up Markets Cancellation Policy A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your party or market date and time. Cancellations made 14 days or more in advance of the scheduled party or market date may receive a partial refund (excluding the deposit), or you may choose to reschedule once at no additional cost. Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable but may be rescheduled once within 30 days, subject to availability. Rescheduled parties must be held within 60 days of the original date. No-shows for party bookings will result in full forfeiture of any payment.
